REPORTS
AND COMMENTS
- Board
President David B. Lang expressed
disappointment in those who made public comments regarding
the district planning process. It is his belief that
we should work things out collegially, rather than involving
another organization with a complaint. He thanked consultants
from gkkworks and Maas Companies for their work on the
Educational and Facilities Master Plan which provides
a blueprint for the future.
- Vice
President Nancy M. Padberg congratulated
the Forensic Team on their second place win in a recent
competition. She is working with the SC Foundation on
a wine tasting fundraiser.
- Clerk
of the Board Thomas A. Fuentes gave
a report on the activities of the Orange County Community

good luck in her candidacy for a judgeship on the June
ballot.
