ORACLE Calendar
These programs
allow Microsoft Outlook and Pocket PC/PDA devices running Microsoft
Mobile 2003/2003SE to synchronize with the District ORACLE Calendar
server.
The PDA synchronization
software is NOT for handheld devices running Microsoft
Mobile 5.0 or later. Such devices ONLY synchronize with Microsoft
Outlook on the Desktop, or a Microsoft Exchange Server. Synchronize
Outlook with the Oracle Calendar server, and a Mobile 5.0 device will
synchronize with Outlook.

software will create a new account within Outlook which will reflect
appointments and tasks stored on the Oracle Calendar Server.
Entries made through Outlook are written to the Oracle Calendar

Installs
Calendar Sync for Pocket PC on both Desktop and
handheld device. Also installs Microsoft .net framework (required)
if not already installed. Works with Microsoft Mobile 2003/2003SE
or Windows CE.
DO
NOT USE for Windows Mobile 5.0 or later.

Use of
this program requires Microsoft Active Sync to be installed, and
the handheld device to be connected to the PC using serial (RS-232
or USB) cable. Active Sync is a free download from Microsoft's
website. |
Cisco VPN Client
The Cisco VPN Client must be used for secure off-campus VPN access to
the District Network. The client may be downloaded by any District
or College Employee for use under the terms and conditions of the Cisco
Licensing agreement. Users must be AUTHORIZED and provided specific
configuration settings to use this client. Contact District NetCopS
for additional information.
The
file names contain version numbers which represent the release version
of the client. Each of these versions has been tested with the VPN Concentrator.
Only these versions are supported by District Information Technology.
Downloading
the most recent version is recomended. It is a self extracting, and
self installing version that will uninstall any previously installed
versions, and retain account settings.
