Dr. Robert S. Bramucci
Dr.
Robert S. Bramucci, Vice Chancellor of Technology and Learning
Services, oversees the Technology & Learning Services
functions for the South Orange County Community College District,
including: all educational programs and services offered in
the District; technology services for academic and administrative
functions; district and college research functions with focus
on promotion of student success; leadership and coordination
in enrollment management and distance education programs;
coordinating programs relationships with colleges, universities,
local high schools, and regional occupational programs; coordinating
workforce preparation programs in cooperation with regional
businesses/industry; and chair of committees and task forces
that address issues including sabbaticals, academic calendar,
student information system, district planning, and distance
education.
Formerly with Riverside Community College District, he was District Dean of the Open Campus, which served over 50,000 enrollees in online classes per year. He also served as interim dean of Economic Development and provided administrative oversight for the Center for International Trade Development which expanded the district's international focus and delivery of corporate/business training. He is a nationally-known speaker and author, and has served as a faculty member at various universities, including California State University, Fullerton.
Dr. Bramucci holds a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Washington State University, a M.A.P. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Arkansas, and a B.S. in psychology from Arkansas State University.
Denice
Inciong, M.Ed.
Denice
Inciong, Director of Research and Planning, has worked in
the field of institutional planning and research for the past
seven years. She is currently a member of the qualitative
research team for the Transfer Center Leadership Project Grant
funded by the California Community Colleges System Office.
A member of the Research and Planning Group of California,
Denice was a recent presenter at the RPG Annual Conference.
Previously a Research and Planning Analyst at Saddleback College,
Denice worked on a wide variety of planning projects there,
including IPEDS and MIS reporting, program review data and
the student learning outcome assessment system. Prior to her
employment with SOCCCD, Denice worked at the UC Irvine Center
for Educational Partnerships as the evaluator for two US Department
of Education grants. Denice holds a M.Ed. in Educational
Foundations and a B.A. in Asian Studies and Japanese from
the University of Hawai’i, Manoa.
Jeff Dorsz
Jeff
Dorsz, Telecommunications and Network Security Manager, holds
a M.S. degree in Instructional Technology and a B.S. degree
in Information and Computer Science. Jeff has held managerial
and senior level technical positions in security, network,
systems, and database administration in both private and public
sectors. Jeff has been a contributing author and technical
reviewer for several security books and is an associate faculty
member at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA. Since
2005, Jeff has managed information security and telecommunications
for the South Orange County Community College District.
Stephen Dubay
Stephen Dubay, Systems Manager, joined the district in October of 2006. With degrees in biology and marine science from the University of San Diego, he brings a broad range of interests and 15 years of experience to the District. He leads systems infrastructure projects to support all student and faculty services provided by the district. His primary goal is to provide robust, secure, and easily recoverable infrastructure for district software initiatives. These goals are achieved through application of his extensive experience in virtualization and storage area network technologies.
Jim
Gaston
Jim
Gaston is the Associate Director for Academic Systems and
Special Projects and has worked for the SOCCCD since 1988.
He leads software projects that provide direct services to
students and faculty. He has a B.S. degree in computer
science from Biola University and enjoys staying in touch
with the latest trends in this ever-changing industry and
communicating those trends through in service presentations. Jim is a regular speaker at local, regional and national conferences.
Tamara
King
Tamara King, User Experience Manager, has worked in District Information Technology since 1988 and was formerly responsible for the SOCCCD Management Information Systems including state, federal and local reporting systems. In 2011, with the new Student Information System in place, Tamara transitioned to a position as User Experience Manager and leads the User Experience team in providing design, support and training for district administrative systems. She has a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and her passion is to provide the knowledge and training required to use our new district systems to their fullest potential.
Jim
Phaneuf
Jim
Phaneuf, Associate Director for Administrative Systems and
Services, has worked for the district since 1984. Jim
holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from
CSU Fullerton. He has 30 years of IT experience, having
worked in commercial software development, as well as for
internal IT organizations. His current areas of interest
within IT are agile software development and business intelligence.
His primary focus is to deliver innovative and reliable software-based
services to students, faculty, and staff.
